Our commercial units
Our commercial units offer space for diversity – from gastronomy and services to social institutions. We lease suitable spaces in various sizes and locations for start-ups, local businesses, associations, and dedicated service providers. This creates vibrant neighborhoods where living, working, and local supply fit well together. Our goal is to secure local amenities for our tenants while enabling attractive meeting places. Soul Tikka

Located at Schlossplatz 7, Soul Tikka impresses with modern Indian cuisine, including many vegetarian and vegan options. They offer authentic dishes as well as original creations and new interpretations of popular classics – with spice levels according to your preference.
House of Juvenile Justice

The Hanau House of Juvenile Justice at Schlossplatz 5 + 6, Graf-Philipp-Ludwig-Straße 10 + 12, and Steinstraße 6 + 8 is the first of its kind. Here, the judiciary, police, city, and district work together to strengthen young people through prevention, assistance, and resocialization.
Chez Kim

Chez Kim, named after the owner’s mother, enriches Hanau with creative sushi creations, noodle dishes, a modern atmosphere, a varied drinks menu, and a cozy outdoor terrace.
Studio Echo & Funda Tanjo

At Altstädter Markt 5, Studio Echo combines handcrafted leather bags from the Funda Tanjo manufactory with selected women’s fashion from Kakadu Secondhand. The concept stands for quality, sustainability, and special favorite pieces for everyday life.
Natürlich Eiszeit

Opposite the Goldsmith House at Altstädter Markt 3, Natürlich Eiszeit offers ice cream made from regional ingredients, featuring classic and creative flavors, along with cups and shakes for every taste.
Dona Eva

At Altstädter Markt 3, Doña Eva enriches the old town with Peruvian specialties, Mediterranean tapas, and cocktails. It is one of only a few dozen restaurants with Peruvian cuisine in all of Germany.
Deins

“Deins” has already made a name for itself in recent years at its original location. Now it treats its guests at Altstädter Markt 1 with its unusual food creations.
Il Felice

Il Felice at Metzgerstraße 1 bears the name of its owner and serves Southern Italian and Sicilian cuisine featuring pinsa and seasonal daily specials, available in the evenings during the week and also at lunchtime on weekends.
Luneta Leather Workshop

High quality and timeless beauty from a master leather crafter: The Luneta leather workshop at Krämerstraße 6 offers handcrafted unique pieces.
Twentywaysout

A pop-up shop has been established at Lindenstraße 7, offering ceramic painting events for groups and enabling collective creative design. Hand-made Portuguese ceramics are also available.
Tat Chicken

At Krämerstraße 8, you can find Korean chicken, crisp-fried in a special spiced batter. All dishes are homemade, and the recipes are developed in-house.
Südlichter e.V.

Südlichter e.V. provides an important meeting point for the neighborhood at Gärtnerstraße 9a, especially for older fellow citizens. Numerous activities, excursions, and celebrations are organized here.
Senior Citizens’ Office

The Hanau Senior Citizens’ Office at Steinheimerstraße 1 is a central contact point for older people, offering information, social interaction, advice, and activities related to education, culture, health, and social affairs.
Hanau Fire Station

The main fire station in Hanau is part of the Hazard Control Center (GAZ) on the site of the former Hutier barracks in Lamboy and went into operation in 2013. BauGe provided the site as well as several buildings.
Public Order Office

The Public Order Office is housed in the building at Steinheimerstraße 1, which was erected in 1965. On an area of around 3,400 square meters, other municipal departments such as the Registry Office will also soon be offering their services.
