We are here for you

We offer our tenants advice and practical support with social, health-related and financial challenges. Our contact person, Jana Krefft, helps you find your way in difficult everyday situations and access suitable support services. We work closely with authorities, advice centres, volunteers and social service providers.

We support you with:  

  • applications, dealing with authorities and forms

  • referrals to social services, care services, and family and senior support

  • conflicts in the residential environment (e.g. neighbours, household organisation)

  • special life situations such as illness, separation, birth or need for care

  • home adaptations in old age or in the event of physical limitations

  • moves within our housing stock and hardship cases; we also support you during modernisation measures

  • securing your tenancy
    (e.g. in the event of payment difficulties) through individual preventive advice
