You can easily and conveniently report this type of damage via our BauGe app. The advantage: It is not only quick, you can also upload photos or videos directly. This allows us to assess what work is required. In emergencies, such as a burst pipe, please contact us via our hotline or, outside opening hours, via our emergency service.

Stadtwerke Hanau
If you smell gas, you must immediately notify Stadtwerke Hanau, which is responsible for energy and water supply. Do not use open flames, do not operate electrical switches, open windows, and if possible shut off the gas supply.
